Returns & Exchanges

We want every little duckling to love their Boo & the Duck order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Please email us at booandtheduck@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

• We do not offer refunds. Approved returns can only be exchanged for another size or product of equal/greater value (any price difference will apply).

• Sale items, personalised/customised items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your little one’s parcel as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can make it right. 🤍
