Shipping & Returns
• Shipping: A fixed delivery fee of ₹150 is applied to all orders.
• Exchanges: We do not offer refunds, however we are happy to assist with a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Store Credit: If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item, which you may use towards your next purchase.
• Return Shipping: Kindly note that all courier charges for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
• How to Request: All exchange or store credit requests must be initiated on the day of delivery through our customer care team.
